Setup for Airstar JetCopter SX on a JR XP9303 or X9303 Radio

This channel must be able to use a 3 position switch, preferably of the slider type to allow a gradual spool up. The JR XP9303 has two, one on each side (Aux3 and Pitch).
Unfortunately, after connecting the servos to the appropriate receiver channels, you are only left with channels 1 and 5 open on an 8 channel receiver. Owing to the limited way in which you can re-assign switches to channels on these radios, neither the Aux3 or PitT Lever can be assigned to them.
The only other option is to use a 9 or 10 channel receiver which will then allow you to use channel 9. You can assign either the left hand PitT lever or the right Aux3 lever depending on preference.
Once you have done this you can go ahead and “learn the R/C” as per the JetCat manual.
Don’t forget to set up the fail safe on the receiver for channel 9 with the lever in the engine off position.
Other settings are:
Under the system settings, set the SWASH TYPE to 4 servos 90° with the front servo connected to channel 8, rear is 3, left is 6 and right is 3.
Reverse Switch should be all normal except for the rudder and Aux 4 which should be reversed.
All other settings will be different based on the mechanical setup of the controls/ servos and flying style preference.
